IN THE HOUSE

Paramount Coffee Project  The cafe will be closed to the public on the 25th and 26th of December, open only to hotel guests, from 8am – 1pm. On the 1st of January, the cafe will be open with the reduced hours of 8am – 3:30pm but otherwise will operate as usual, 7am – 4pm daily.

A.P. Bakery  The bakery will close at 2pm on the 24th of December and be closed on the 25th and 26th of December, as well as having the reduced hours of 7:30am – 2pm on the 31st of December and 8am – 3pm on the 1st of January. Otherwise business as usual, 7:30am – 3pm daily. 

Golden Age Cinema and Bar  Closed on December 25th, 26th and January 1st, Golden Age Cinema and Bar will operate with reduced hours between December 27th and January 10th, this primarily impacting their closing time, being approximately 12:00am on the weekends between those dates. 

Poly  The last day of service will be the 23rd of December, Poly reopening from the 27th to the 30th of December, closed again on the 31st of December and the 1st of January before returning to normal business days.

Chin Chin  Chin Chin’s room service and dine-in options will be available every day, and during usual operating hours, except for the 25th of December, on which the restaurant will be closed.

The Office Space  Closed from 5:30pm on the 19th of December, reopening on the 5th of January at 8:30am.

Studio Mouvoir   The studio is operating except for on the 25th and 26th of December and the 1st of January. Reduced hours between the 21st of December and 3rd of January, open primarily between 8am-12pm, date depending.

OTHER OPENINGS IN THE AREA

A.P. Supply   A.P. Supply will close at 2pm on the 24th of December and be closed on the 25th and 26th, operating with the reduced hours of 8am – 2pm on the 31st of December and 8am – 3pm on the 1st of January. Otherwise business as usual, 7:30am – 3pm daily. 

Reuben Hills  Closed December 25th and 26th, open between December 27th and January 1st with the reduced hours of 8am – 3pm. Otherwise, business as usual.

Pellegrino 2000  Closed December 25th, 26th and January 31st. Otherwise, business as usual.

Alberto’s lounge Closed December 25th, otherwise, business as usual.

The Dolphin Hotel Open every day except December 25th.

Nomad Closed December 25th, 31st and January 1st. Open usual hours on the 27th and 28th, for dinner on the 26th, 29th, 30th of December and 2nd of January and January 3rd and 4th as usual, the 5th to the 9th for dinner, and then back to normal business hours.

Ho Jiak Haymarket Will be open everyday of the year, with the reduced hours of 11am-10pm on the 25th and 26th of December and the 1st of January.

Bills Will only be closed on the 25th of December, business hours as usual otherwise.

Capybara Will be closed from the 24th to the 26th of December, reopening from the 27th to the 30th, before closing again on the 31st of December and the 1st of January.

Continental Delicatessen Will be open on all the public holidays.
