IN THE HOUSE

Paramount Coffee Project — The cafe will be closed on the 25th and 26th of December (room service for hotel guests will still run between 8 am – 1 pm) and open the reduced hours of 8 am-3:30 pm on the 1st of January. Otherwise, business as usual (7 am-4 pm daily) and room service will continue to operate 7 days/week.

A.P. Bakery — The bakery will be closed on the 25th and 26th of December. Otherwise business as usual (7 am-3 pm daily). Room service will continue 

Golden Age Cinema and Bar– Closed on December 25th, 26th and January 1st. Open for NYE on the 31st until 10 pm. All other days are business as usual.

Poly — The last day of service will be on the 23nd of December, and reopen on the 3rd of January. Poly is also closed on the 26th of January for the public holiday. 

Chin Chin — Chin Chin’s room service menu will be available every day except for the 25th of December.

OTHER OPENINGS IN THE AREA

– Reuben Hills Closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Open between 27 – 31 December – 8 am – 3:30 pm (kitchen closes 3)

New Year’s Day (1.1.24) – 8 am – 3:30 pm. Otherwise, business as usual.

– Nomad will be open for dinner only on the 24th as well as the 27th -30th December and 3rd -5th January. The restaurant is closed on 25th, 26th & 31st December and 1st January. Normal service resumes from Sat 6th January.

–Pellegrino 2000- Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and NYD. Otherwise, business as usual.

– The Dolphin Hotel will be open on all the public holidays including Christmas Day for lunch and dinner.

–Ho Jiak Haymarket will be open everyday of the year, including Christmas Day and New Years Day.
