Holiday Hours in the House 🌴

Hotel

From the restaurant to the lobby, bakery to the bar. Here’s what’s happening around Paramount House and the local neighbourhood this holiday period, so you can plan your stay accordingly.

IN THE HOUSE

Paramount Coffee Project  The cafe will be closed on the 25th and 26th of December (room service for hotel guests will still run between 8 am – 1 pm) and open with reduced hours of 8 am-3:30 pm on the 1st of January. Otherwise, business as usual (7 am-4 pm daily) and room service will continue to operate 7 days/week.

A.P. Bakery  The bakery will be closed on the 25th and 26th of December and open with reduced hours of 8 am- 3 pm on New Years Eve and the 1st of January. Otherwise business as usual (7 am-3 pm daily). Room service will continue.

Golden Age Cinema and Bar  Closed on December 25th. Open for NYE on the 31st until 9 pm. All other days are business as usual.

Poly   The last day of service will be on the 23nd of December, and reopen on the 3rd of January.  

Chin Chin   Chin Chin’s room service menu will be available every day except for the 25th of December.

The Office Space   Closed from 5:30 PM Friday 20th December until 8:30 AM Monday 6th January 2025

Studio Mouvoir    Closed from the 24th to the 26th of December, 31st of December and 1st of January

OTHER OPENINGS IN THE AREA

A.P. Supply   A.P. Supply will be closed on the 25th and 26th December and open with reduced hours of 8 am- 3 pm on the 1st of January. Otherwise business as usual.

Reuben Hills  Closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Open between 27  December – 1st January – with reduced hours 8 am – 3:30 pm. Otherwise, business as usual.

Pellegrino 2000 Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and NYE. Otherwise, business as usual.

Alberto’s lounge Closed Christmas Day, Otherwise, business as usual.

The Dolphin Hotel will be open on all the public holidays excluding Christmas Day.

Nomad Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, NYE until Thursday 2nd January. Otherwise, business as usual. Reopen Friday 3rd January dinner from 5.30pm.

Ho Jiak Haymarket will be open everyday of the year, including Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Bills will be only closed on boxing day and business as usual otherwise

Capybara will be closed from the 23rd to the 27th of December, the 31st of December and the 1st of January.

Continental Delicatessen will be open on all the public holidays excluding Christmas night.
