Paramount House Hotel is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our Front Desk team on a Full Time basis.
The role
The role involves a wide variety of responsibilities with the guest experience always at the forefront: taking care of the guest’s arrival and departure, responding to enquiries as well as performing administrative tasks and providing insightful advice on the local area.
Our ideal candidate has an appreciation for hospitality, possesses great written and verbal communication skills, is highly organised and detail oriented. The ability to carry out all tasks in a proficient manner, while providing an excellent service across all aspects of our Front Desk operation is essential.
Our ideal candidate would also meet the following criteria:
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume work environment
- Minimum one year experience in a customer facing service role
- Availability to work five shifts a week, including weekends
- Have a valid RSA certificate
- Have full working rights within Australia
