A mini mart for every day and every stay, Paramart is now open in the Paramount House Hotel Lobby.

Blending the iconic Australian milk bar with vending convenience, the space features 24-hour snack and wine fridges and custom-built lockers with games and goods for guests to borrow.

We’ve stocked the snack fridge with favourites such as taramasalata and choc yoghurt pots from Baba’s Place, classic chocolate chip cookies and bread from A.P. Bakery, a signature cocktail collaboration with Bar Planet – the ‘Paramartini’, bite-sized onigiri and mochi from our neighbours at Parami, boxed tiramisu by Cicerone as well as elevated store staples (caviar, pâté, sardines) and a curated wine and liquor fridge.

Hotel guests can also access a range of products to complement their stay, from vintage Nintendo Game Boys and chess sets to tarot cards, cassette players, a pocket-sized drum machine, BTWNLNS reading library
and stretch kits by The Calmm, all borrowed via a custom-built locker.
