A.P House by All Purpose Bakery is now open on the rooftop at Paramount. The all-day menu offers a mix of light and large options, as well as sweet and savoury. There are plenty of ready-to-go options too, including plain buttermilk croissants, roasted buckwheat and dark-chocolate croissants, as well as a special in-room menu for guests.

Adjoining the hotel’s foyer, Paramount Coffee Project serves breakfast, lunch and expertly made coffee. Enjoy room service from bed or ask our front desk team for priority seating when the cafe is busy.

The sibling venue to Chippendale’s famed Ester, Poly is a Surry Hills wine bar, located in the Paramount House precinct.

Poly is open for dinner Monday through Saturday with bookings for up to 10 people from 5pm. All bookings have a 2 hour seating limit. Book online for reservations ahead of your stay, or speak with the front desk team for more details.

Golden Age Cinema is the old screening room of the heritage-listed Paramount Pictures, found in the Lower Ground level of the building. Lovingly restored to its former glory, the cinema shows a bespoke program of classics, cults, creepies and the best new film releases. The cosy David Lynch-inspired bar serves the best cocktails and drinks to enjoy with your film as well as live music from local artists.

Studio Mouvoir is a dynamic take on the classic Pilates repertoire developed by Sydney Pilates instructors Erin Brooks and Claire Victor.

Located in the Rooftop Pavilion of the Paramount building, Studio Mouvoir offers a progressive, challenging, and fun workout experience where connections happen daily, technique is in focus, and inspiration is abundant amidst an electric atmosphere of fitness, music and a city skyline.
